BSM Director escapes dring ban despite 17 points on licence.

This has not been a good week for BSM following on on the story about it changing to Fiat from Vauxhall for their massive learner fleet after the latter stated they could no longer supply cars for free.

A Director of BSM (British School of Motoring) has escaped a driving ban despite having 17 points on his licence. He received 6 points after declining to name who the driver was at the time of a 50mph speeding offence.
