It seems that Honda has managed to make a modest profit on reducing costs rather than increasing sales. The outlook among the other manufacturers appears to be universally pessimistic.

Following on from the BSM story where Vauxhall declined to continue to supply cars for free one can not imagine Honda entering into such an arrangement either.
