Parking Enforcement by Cameras being challenged.

The controversy and legal challenges to cameras being used to enforce parking is growing.

The Daily mail has a feature and pic if the Smart Car periscope camera being used to target offenders. It also gives detail of the case that was successfully appealed with three fines being squashed.

Another case in Manchester where the Council signs were ambiguous if not actually misleading is reported by the local Liberal Democrats.
