Toads and Foreign Drivers force change in Road sign legislation

Climate warming is effecting the breeding and migration habits of toads. Legislation has had to be amended to allow councils to erect temp signs earlier in the year.

The menace of large HGV trucks following Sat Nav maps into narrow village lanes has caused another change which will allow local councils to erect signs.
